This house is INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. People were comming out of there with welts across the body. We were told to call 311 but I should have called 911 ! It is sickening for crying out loud. If your in the area beware of free furniture. Or anything sitting near that house. If you ever see Joanie she looks like Shrek. Shes the building supervisor. WE have been thinking about calling 1800 HELP ME HOWARD.
