the same thing happened to me....and Donna from Proper Real Estate knows about this and lies to her tenants. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM. You probably moved into my apartment because I had to break the lease too.

This address has a building wide bedbug problem. My roommate and I moved in September 2009 and had our first sighting approx one month after we moved in. Since then it has been off an on: see one, get the apartment treated, see one get the apartment treated again. The landlord has been cooperative in treating ourapartment, but has yet to treat the entire building. I have spoken to other tenants that have lived in the building for more than 10 years, there has always been a problem and the en
tire building has never been treating. After my roommate found two more in her bed yesterday, January 6, we have asked our landlord to break our lease. We will be moving in March.
Worst experience of my life.
I moved into this building and within the first week noticed a bed bug infestation. It\'s been hell on earth every since. Ok, a bit dramatic, but it has been nothing but bites, exterminations, bites, extermination, ect. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING. I talked to the other tenets and they have been dealing with this problem for years.
