Bedbugs found on mattress Aug 8th, thrown out onto the street with the proper warnings.

Contacted landlord to ask about what to do next, and was told that "We haven't dealt with this type of thing before, so we'll have to call you back once we figure that out."

Upon speaking with another tenant, I was told that over a year ago, an exterminator had come to deal with it, but only came once.

Downstairs tenants also report having visually verified bugs.
