I was one of the first round of people who lived in 202. This all started because a crazy couple were bringing furniture in off the streets into apt 203. This poor managements in ability I lost everything I owned and almost most lost my now wife. We both went to different doctors and both said scabies. We did not understand where or how until one day I saw a little bug crawling along the floor. I grabbed the little mofo put him a zip lock bag and tossed him in the freezer.

There were bedbugs in my unit here. I noticed bites a few days before I was moving out. I moved out but my roommate stayed. He says he doesnt see them anymore. I steamed everything before moving out and I still brought them to my new place but got rid of them that week. Threw away a lot of things. That loft building cost me a lot of $$. Apparently the building has a history of bedbugs and there is a side of the wall that is infested.

Not sure what the management is doing but it was bad.

The first infestation occurred at the end of the summer. After three treatments to 4 units (in a 16 unit building) it appeared that the bugs had died. However, just this week, it looks like the bugs are back. They're currently in at least one unit. No bugs have been seen recently but bites and stains on the sheets have been noted.
