This tenant failed to mention that he is my cousin and the house is a brand new house, nobody lived there before him and the tenants from the other 2 apartments do not have this problem.

So if you do the math, the reader, could figure out where the problem is. I consulted an attorney and the law as to who has to pay for the exterminator is unsettled. However in my case, it seems to lean towards me because the house is brand new and the problem - according to the extermiantor -was not caused

The first time i saw bedbugs I was coming back from a party pretty late around 4am. I saw a small red bug crawling on the wall and I squashed it. Then one night i get up around 3am scratching my legs and arms and I see a bunch of red marks, a bunch bedbug bites!! then i go to read about them in google, and educate myself about this pest. I then buy a flashlight and at 4am i start to search for them. Guess what? I see many bedbugs under the mattress, under the wooden bed fram, in the walls.
