Found a few Bed bugs in our apt two days before we moved out in may. My girlfriend got bitten a few times.. I wouldnt consider it an infestation because we couldnt find any evidence other than two bugs, but a few years ago when i found another bug i told the landlord and he acted as if he had never heard of bedbugs. Claimed he had no idea they existed. The guy has owned the building for over 20 years and lived in new york city but conveniently enough he has never heard of them before.. He is not
