I moved in the fourth floor apartment on 891a Green Ave in April and was bitten pretty bad as well as when I moved I had them in my bedding and clothing and had to basically take care of the infestation as well. Watch out for Bed Stuy as it has many reports of bed bugs or when you move in hire an exterminator to clear any problem. Trust me bed bugs suck.
