Apartment was infested with huge water bugs in 2007 & 2008 when I was residing there. The landlady took no action. The apartment has an infestation problem.

Bedbugs were found in apartment two, the street level apartment. The landlady took no action, and the tenant had to pay for not only the extermination but also the replacement of all infected goods.
