Ongoing problems in this building. There is a serious infestation. Treatments work for a while, but then the bugs come back. The bedbugs have been a problem since 2007, at least, and up till now. Owner does not tell potential tenants about this problem and does not live in building, so does not have to deal with the problem firsthand.
