Severe itching from clusters of bed bug bites on my spouse appeared starting November 2011. Many Neighbors have complained and some have even been driven to move out! This is a coop bldg so some owners fulfill their responsibility to cover the expense of inspection/extermination but our landlord is unethically cheap and refuses to discuss any option other than unsafe hazardous chemical spray by bldg mgmt- NOT a licensed professional. He has sprayed apartments of some of our neighbors without war
