just go to 645 bay ridge ave's post's to see exactly what these 2 buildings are dealing with..its a horror story..please do not rent apartments in these buildings the infestatioin has been going on for almost a year now! its gotten worse and the chinese owners refuse to do anything about it they said move or throw your stuff out the ungrateful bastards!

bed bugs in this building & the adjacent building are owned by the same owner who are not doing a thing to resolve the problem. Children's beds r being tossed out constantly at this building
Owners refuse to spray apts unless tenants throw out all there belongings. they were aware of the problem from June 2010 and have not done anything despite all the tenants complaints
