seperate occasions. Unfortunately, the landlord still has failed to provide services or extermination and while myself and my children have taken up on my moms couch, the landlord in my apartment is satisfied with bedbugs as tenants.
we are still pursuing treatment through housing court proceedings, and will move our belongings out shortly thereafter.
They will advertise all of the lovely renovations we provided when we were told we would never be asked to leave, like travertine floors and granite counter tops BUT BEWARE!!!!!! Even if he is forced by court to hire an exterminator, he is elderly and will NEVER be able to process the clothing and materials in his apartment that are crucial in eliminating the bugs.
