Two apartments in the building have been battling these pests for the past month. Management company has sent exterminators, but the concern is that it doesn't matter what we do... the building is old and other tenants don't seem as concerned, so the infestation can keep coming back.

If that exterminator doesn't work, I recommend PestAway on Broadway around 72nd or 73rd street, I think. I don't know their exact address, but you can look them up. I don't work for them, and the only reason I'm recommending them is that I had the bugs a while back and I got rid of them with this extermination company. And because I live in your area (though not your building), I have a vested interest in seeing that you solve this problem (I don't want them to spread through Hell's Kitchen). Pe

Lived here for about a month when we started getting the bites... called the management company and they sent over an exterminator. The guy did a really good job but we got more bites... exterminator came again. No more bites while sleeping but we're seeing them on the couch now. Exterminator coming in tomorrow again. Apartment 5RW. Realllllly frustrating!
