This is a report for 73-75 Ave. C in Manhattan, 10009. I lived there for a year, ending in May of '09. HUGE bedbug infestation. Owner of my apartment (#4) continually accuses new tenants of bringing them in, only does half-measures to get rid of them, and is just in general completely clueless.
