Building superintendant & landlord say that there have never been any bedbugs in the building. I had an infestation that lead to costly upkeeep and expenses and had to throw away alot of my furniture.

Very mentally and financially damaging. I urged my landlord to check with other tennants which they didnt do. Maintanance and upkeep could help save others from this problem.
