I am the property manager of 365 Westminster Road. We have a contract with a reputable exterminating company and the building is serviced promptly every month. Tenants that have traveled out of the country experienced a problem last year which was attended as soon as it was reported and we are happy to confirm that the problem has not resurfaced for the past year.

There was an infestation within an apartment within the building.
Early October they were detected, and exterminated, then gone within two weeks after extermination.
