I moved here fairly recently and I had no problems at first. Within the last couple weeks I have become completely inundated with roaches everywhere mainly in the bathroom coming in through the walls. Other than that we hear mice in the kitchen and hall closet often Most recently I had noticed 3 bedbug bies in a row on my neck (about 2 weeks ago) I now again today got another 3 after throwing away my trash. I confronted the super who told me I am crazy and there is no possible way there are bed

For the past two weeks, I have been getting small groups of bites, leaving me with small itchy red welts. We also have a terrible roach problem, and have had mice in the past. The landlord here is basically a slum landlord. There are always giant waterbugs in the laundry room and by the trash. The super is the laziest person on earth! Before my girlfriend and I moved in last month we asked the owner if they have had any problems with bed bugs. El Sol management who owns the building told us they have not.

After the 2nd week we were getting bites on our arms , back and legs every night. And to top it off, we also have a major roach and mice problem.


$ 1375.00 is a lot for a bed bug, roach infested, mice ridden apt.

I heard a neighbor had this problem and asked the landlord, he said there were no bugs in the building. I found that hard to believe since my neighbor paid to have their apt treated with their own money.

Needless to say, now we're getting bites every night and still the landlord insist that there are no bed bugs in this building.

Others have seen them in the halls and laundry room. Roaches and mice were always a huge problem here and now its bed bugs too.

Noticed bedbugs from the bites i've been getting for the past month. I've been living here and am one of the few tenants without roaches or mice which is a huge problem for many tenants. Unfortunately noticed a bedbug problem from the bites for the past month both when sleeping and when putting my trash out in the basement.


I'm now getting bitten 3 or 4 time a night. I would leave my apt to put the trash in the basement and then on the train notice blood from a bite that I didn't have when
