I have lived in this building 8 years now & never had a bed bug issue nor have I encountered any other tenant who did & I know lots of our wonderful tenants
This is not to say that its not possible that the so called disgrunteled tenant did not have an incident but by their own admittance it was addressed & taken care of
Our building is a dream place to live in & most of us who reside here are fortunate to have an apartment here & I suggest to the poster of the incident to relocate elsewhere
so as to give someone else the oppertunity to occupty their apartment & enjoy living near the park
The Anonymous person who posted on 12/27/2012 is incorrect. We had a terrible bed bug problem in our apartment and think others in the building and potential renters have the right to know. The management did pay for the exterminator (as is required by law), but they never notified the other tenants about the issue. This is especially disconcerting for those tenants next door and below us, as the problem can spread through electrical outlets etc.. and exterminators recommend such adjacent apartm
ents be sprayed. Further others in the building have also confirmed that they have had bed bugs in the past.
There are no bedbugs in our building & there were none on our floor in October 2010 when a report was submitted to the Bedbug Registry
I live on the same floor as the reported incident
Its sad that a disgrunteled tenant who has a personal issue with management can post a fictitous bed bug report just to try to hurt the Management Company which is attentive to all our needs

Bed bugs found in apartment. Neighbor informed that they also had them, as did another person on the floor. Management did not inform other people on floor/building of issue. Additionally learned that building had a problem about 4 years ago.
