All past problems were addressed timely by the landlord and the building has been bug free for 4+ years. The landlords are very responsive to any issues and continue to improve the building each year - which makes this a great building to live in.

2006-2007

At least 3 separate infestations on third floor of this apartment building. Others have been reported in the building. Some occupants were averse to pesticide treatment.
