#1 - Bed bugs are NOT nocturnal
#2 - Bed bugs seek out the CO2 humans emit, that's how they find us to feed on us, so seeing them during any hour of the day is not uncommon and if you there was an open house and people passing through continuously, they all had to be breathing and therefore emitting scent to attract bed bugs.

This property had a gut renovation to the brick walls, all floor joists replaced, and was converted from an 8 unit rental building to a 3 family condominium.

There were some rental tenants who did not want to leave, but were not offered a lease renewal when building was sold to the developer who did the renovation. Obviously the poster is a former tenant.

The poster claims to have seen the bedbugs crawling in unit #3. Bedbugs are 5-7mm, and are nocturnal. If this person was in unit #3 afte

This place has been fully renovated, but you can se them crawling - especially in the basement, though I did see them in the upper level unit (#3) ! It was pretty disgusting.
