Date of first encounter: November 6th, 2010.
We first encountered them early Saturday morning, around 4:30 AM on November 6th, 2010. My girl and I woke up to bites and found 3 bugs in our bed. That bed is now in the trash.
By Monday, November 8th we an exterminator in our place who used Cedar Oil to fumigate our apartment. As as far as I can tell the Cedar Oil worked but I also learned on that same Monday that the apartment next to ours has had bed bugs for 2 MONTHS!!!!!
The occupant of
this unit said that the landlord had given him some sprays that didn't seem to do much good. As near as I can tell that unit is still infested. I am in the process of sterilizing and bagging my belongings in preparations to move out.
