The 2nd floor apartment is infested with bedbugs. The exterminator came to our apartment (first floor) to do a "cautionary" spray, and then upon questioning finally admitted that there were bedbugs in the building on the second floor, but told us not to tell the landlord that we knew, because the landlord doesn't want the other tenants to know. It's illegal not to tell us, and the landlord and super are dishonest people. When asked, the landlord DENIED that there are bedbugs in the apartment, th
