bed bugs infested lower apartment around beginning of 09/12
bed bugs now confirmed on 2nd level in at least 2 of 4 apts on that level.


exterminator has come one time for each, but problem still persists.

tons of bites. allergic reaction from me. at wits end. may move.

have seen mattresses out on the block between 11th and 12th st and 6th and 7th ave
