Apt 17 was treated over a year and a half ago and the problem was taken care of. The Landlord instucted the tenant to mark the furniture out front so no one else would garbage pick it. Apparently the former tenant traveled often and brought them in. Happily there has been no recurrence of the problem since

I saw a bunch of furniture on the street outside my building, with the red words "bed bugs". When I came into my apartment building, I noticed that people were carrying furniture downstairs. I asked them if they had bed bugs, they said yes. This was apt.17 on the 4th floor.
