I have verification from a friend who lived at this location in 2009-2010 that there was a bed bug incident here. She doesn't know if it's been resolved because she and her roommates left after the lease ended and the bugs were still there.

Possible bedbugs in this building. The owners of the laundromat (who also live in the building) had a bedbug-infested box spring (fully covered in tiny black dots) propped up inside the laundromat near the entrance for several days, until they were able to put it outside for trash day.

I don't know any details, but as the owners do live in the building, I'm assuming it was their box spring, and thus assuming there are bed bugs in their apartment, and quite possibly in the laundromat as well.
