I live in the building and know first hand the the problem has been eradicated, in fact, there has been absolutely no issue for several months now. Furthermore, there was no building wide "infestation," there was one apartment that had a bad case that resulted in SOME of the other apartments having a few bugs. That apartment has since been gutted, treated and renovated as has the apartment next to it. The entire building and individual apartments have been treated thoroughly multiple times.

see report for 305, which has 4 complaints, dating back over 1 1/2 years at least. There is a violation logged against the owner, at the Department of Housing and Preservation.

I believe the problem started at 305.

victim of landlord negligence on 07/09/2009

we are in the building next door #305, which is also infested with bed bugs. we saw people in white hazmat suits carting stuff out of some apartment in this building. also, mattresses being thrown out.

extermination fixes seem to be temporary. these bugs are in the walls. i dont know if bugs started at 305 or 307. anyone?
