I am strugguling with bed bugs for 2 yrs. they gone and come back many times

I found them last year in the box spring and
in the bed, I had a company come in several
times during the year. It seens that the building
is infected and their several people that will
not allow the use of pest control.
Sealing all open spaces in the floor and above the windows is a good start.
A very bad place to because the management
company does not care, the building is dirty
and if one calls the management company
their very nasty.

I found my first bug in December 2008. I didn't know it was a bed bug - I thought it was a funky roach. So I put it in a ziplock bag to show the exterminator when he came to the building for his monthly inspection.

When he told me it was a bed bug, I completely freaked out. He then checked my bed and after he inspected everything, he told me that I did not have an infestation - I had visitors. Someone else in the building had bed bugs and wasn't taking care of it so they were multiplying
