Ive lived here for he last 6 months..The building has a new owner and the place was spotless when i rented it.
All new renovation and no bugs..
everything is peachy here..

Serious infestation on second and third floor apartments in December 2009. The landlord refused to have a professional handle it. By the way... Every time somebody posts the truth about this apartment, the posting disappears!
