Hello I would like to dispute the bedbug claim reported at this location.  This is a false report by the previous tenant who is being spiteful due to a recent eviction of the tenant, Sade-are C. Corke.  The location has been newly renovated with new hardwood floors and throughly cleaned and has never experienced bed bugs since ownership. We are willing to provide certified and notorized reports stating this location is free of infestations.  The tenant has not paid for any pest control servic

Bed bug was detected in 1724 president street,between utica and rochester brooklyn ny on the 1st floor.The owner has been notified months ago but refuse to seek professional help to resolve the problem.The first floor tenants paid $652 to fix the problem but it did't help, it was to late.The tenannants are moving out because of the issue.Now the owner abdul azad is looking for new tennants for this apartment and is hiding the fact that it's a bed bug graveyard.He is so desperate to have a monthl
