Hello I would like to dispute the bedbug claim reported at this location.  This is a false report by the previous tenant who is being spiteful due to a recent eviction of the tenant, Sade-are C. Corke.  The location has been newly renovated with new hardwood floors and throughly cleaned and has never experienced bed bugs since ownership. We are willing to provide certified and notorized reports stating this location is free of infestations.  The tenant has not paid for any pest control serv

This building is infested with bed bugs, carpet beatles, rat and roach.Tennants has urge owner to do something but he refuse to get professional help and takes matters into his own hands.One tennant is moving out b/c of the problem and he is now trying to rent the apartment knowing that there is an infestation of bugs and other rodents.
