I live in a small dwelling building and We had bed bugs about two years ago. I informed the landlord at that time and they did a half way extermination and indicated that I was the only tenant with this problem. To my surprise when I asked the other tenants every apartment have bed bugs and two years later they are back and I have no help from the landlord. 9/6/2011
