Horrible location to life,
bed bugs over the course of three months.
Landlord refused to pay for exterminator.

Landlord and superintendent "Walter"
switches off heat in cold winter times and
doesn't respond to requests to switch on the heat/

As well:
infestation with small roaches,
We had mice infestation under the stove!
Found a dead RAT under the sink when trying to poison the mice!

Don't rent in this place.
Pizzeria under the apartment gets noisy in evening times.
