The Bedbugs started on the first floor of the building but eventually made it to the second and then the third (my apartment). The landlord was alerted but did nothing to help fix the problem. We tried to fight them for months, but it was no use and we were eventually forced to move and vacate most of our possessions. We first noticed them around August of '09 and eventually moved out in June '10.
