We were in vacaton in new york and we stayed at the crown brownstone hostel. We saw bedbugs in our room and reported it to front desk & they immediately moved us from the room. We requested a call from mgmt but never recieved a call back. Since nobody called us we decided to find other lodging. We never got reimbursed for the nights we weren't there and despite several requests never heard back from them again.
