there have been bedbugs at this location for years, and the landlord has knowingly let tenants move in and sign a lease without telling them of this reoccurring problem. the building and apartments have been sprayed several times in the past six months, and even more if you count the past two years. the tenants have been living out of plastic bags, have covered their belongings with petroleum jelly, and have even tried to eradicate the problem themselves when the professional service did not s
