We moved in August '07. First started getting bites August / September '08. Found a couple bedbugs in a mattress and kept them for proof. Noticed a lot of mattresses out in the Southside during this time. Bites stopped as it got colder (they seemed to have hibernated or something since the heat doesn't work very well in the apartment). Bedbugs back in early July '09, as it warmed up again. We decided enough was enough and moved out in August '09. The landlord was aware and seemed willing
