Cuts on 09/09/2010

I lived in this building for a year. It was 2005-2006 I believe. We had a massive infestation which was there before we moved in. We were getting bit the first week. It got so bad that we couldn't even sit on the couch and had to pull our beds from the walls. I was even sleeping in head to toe clothing in the middle of the summer with no AC. The landlord completely denied any chance of bed bugs so we sent a sample to a major exterminator chain and they confirmed it. He still denied it and did no

one live bedbug found in medicine cabinet on a makeup sponge in the 3rd week of July, 2010. 1 week later, another found in the bathroom sink flailing around on its back. none seen since.
landlord had been and continues to work on renovating an empty upstairs apartment in the building. after signing the lease & moving in, we found out there had been a previous issue of bedbugs in this building. landlord claimed they had been eradicated, but this evidence seems to negate that theory.
