We live on the 4th floor and noticed bedbugs in one of the bedrooms one night... immediately called the landlord and he sent a very helpful, knowledgeable exterminator who has been back 3 times since to check up on us. The exterminator was pretty confident that we weren't infested and the landlord in the building is very attentive. He treated the bedrooms the next day (2 of the bedrooms had about 10 bugs each and had only been there for about 10-14 days. We cleaned everything in the apartment, t
