In July 2010, I found several pieces of furniture in the garbage area marked "bed bugs." Our neighbors (who have since moved out) said they started noticing bed bugs in their floorboards and window fixtures a couple months prior. They tried to get out of their lease but couldn't because of a clause in their lease that excludes bed bugs. They eventually moved out, however the landlord is fighting them in court for the additional month's rent they "owe." Stay far away!
