This place gets treated all the time, but since there is someone living in the building who will never really successfully have them exterminated they will never fully be gone. This is exactly what the exterminated said when I asked him if I should still be concerned about getting the bugs again.

The tenant on the 3rd floor is infested with bedbugs and mentally ill. The landlord is unable to evict him and so the other apartments who are treated will continue to get bedbugs. Do not move in here. The situation became known in early 2011 and continues today: June 2011.
