This building is more than infested with bed bugs. Management has stated that the culprit bringing in the bed bugs lives on the 5th floor. They are spraying once a month a few apartments. That is not helping the problem they need to spray the WHOLE BUILDING! EVERY APRTMENT! TWICE A MONTH! We are all suffering there. People are so fushterated that 20 people have moved ot within the last 3 months. I have made a complaint to 311 and I would hope other people are too. Mangement is not being fair. Th

It was disgusting finding bed bugs nests in the crevices of the wall and floor boards of every bedroom. The management company was not aggressive in taking care of the problem. Every apartment in the building is infested with bed bugs. We are paying enormous rent and have to live with bed bugs, roaches and mice. Help!!

I have been liveing in this building for about 4 yrs now and have been battling this problem for 1 1/2. I feel that the management is trying to cover up the fact that we have a bed bug problem and not doing anthing to rectify the problem. This whole situation just makes me angry.

For years 3211 ave I has been infested with bed bugs. The landlords Halldale Building Corporation move very slowly when trying to rectify the situation. I have been leaving here for six years and for the past two years I have had bed bugs in my apartment. When I notify the landlord they do not respond immediately. I have to constantly keep calling them and still no exterminator contacts me until the landlords feel it is necessary. The building is not been exterminated properly and the bugs
