The management/landlord let us move in (Nov. 2009) without telling us the previous tenant had moved out in the midst of bed bug treatment. We didn't learn this until we started getting bed bug bites in early Feb. 2010. They arranged for treatment quickly and gave us a minimal credit for the cost of washing and drying clothes. However, we are still quite upset with them for not telling us before we moved in. And the credit didn't come close to the cost of laundry much less replacing items tha
