s came back. Now get this, (not that this is a surprise to me considering this landlords history), he refused to pay exterminator to return, so I paid him 250 bucks to return and then another 250 cause they were still coming back and guess what? she still has bedbugs! I have heard numerous tenants complaining. Landlord is telling them, they need to find exterminator and pay for themselves! I checked on line to see how much it would cost to hire a professional bedbug exterminator, the cost would be 1,500 hundred dollars! I cant afford that. And it wouldn't help if the rest of the units are infested . It's so fustrating. I feel so sorry for my mom who is in her late 70's and remains living in this awful building with such a stingy heartless landlord. Desperately trying to find a way to get her out of there pronto!
