My apartment got infested from a neighboring apartment and when we told the landlord the situation she demanded that we pay her rent either way regardless of all the personal items that had to be discarded and replaced. My fiance and I spent over 2000 dollars replacing all of our items , bed clothes etc. To top it all off she hired an unlicensed exterminator to rid the problem which only made it worse then she decided that she no longer wanted us to occupy the apartment after we had to deal with
