Bed bugs: the whole building has them, along with rats, roaches, and trash that never seems to find the trash bin. Jalen Management gives you the complete runaround. They say they'll contact an exterminator and then "hopefully" he'll contact you. Ask for the exterminator's number, and they'll tell you they can't give it you. Ask to speak to a manager, and the manager will be unavailable. Good luck and sleep well!

Well I have very big allergies to bedbugs bites.Every year this happens in my apartment.And the managment is not doing nothing to stops this
