The Two-Family Home at 539 Bay Ridge Parkway has been confirmed to have bedbugs in both apartments at the property. *****Please keep in mind that there is a medical office located on the street level of this property.
We had to have our apartment on the first floor at 537 Bay Ridge Parkway, next door, and the tenants residing on the second floor at 537 Bay Ridge Parkway have also had their apartment treated 2 months ago and we found 2 more bugs today December 15,2011.
Calls have been
made to the Landlord,his name is John Bautista and his phone number is 1-212-254-3494 and NOTHING has been done. When you call his number directly, another name is left on the outgoing message.
We have advised our landlord Olivia Sandler, at 535 Bay Ridge Parkway, that this can only be handled through Landlord vs. Landlord and we are still waiting for results!
