The upstairs apartment was infested and treated in 2006. New neighbors moved in 2007 and were discovered to be infested in June 2009. The downstairs apartment was clear until the upstairs moved out. It is assumed upon the moving of their belongings, the bugs migrated downstairs looking for a new food source.

The house next door appears to have them as well and cannot get rid of them. They also moved.

The upstairs was treated June 24, 2009 the downstairs is being treated July 8 2009.
