In May of 2009 signs & pictures were put up at 359 Ovington Ave informing tenants that there are bed bugs in the building. Many of the tenants are co-op owners & they would probably have to pay separately for their own exteminating service - which could be $400.00 or more just for the first visit (usually guaranteed for only 30 days).
