I lived in the Garden apartment and not only did we have a million things wrong with our apartment but we ended up finding bedbug when we were moving out after 4 months of hell. The landlord, Jeff, didn't care about the situation. We had our stuff all treated and the new apartment we were moving into treated and never had another problem. When we were leaving neighbors told us that they had also had bedbug and that the entire block was infested.
