I have lived in this building for over 4 years without a problem. In Dec 2008 one of the apartments discovered a few bed bugs . The landlord responded as soon as he was alerted of the problem. And he paid for the pest control treatments.

After a series of professional pest control treatments, the apartment is now bed bug free.

As of Feb. 2009, there have been no signs of returning bed bugs.

This is an apartment building. I moved into a furnished room here yesterday and this morning I have a lot of bites. Through careful investigation I have confirmed that there are indeed bedbugs here. They are living in the crevices between the boards of the wooden frame.
